  3. Mumbai Real Estate is in dead block because of regulations and adverse economy. Again city is acutely facing traffic and congestion problem, flooding in monsoon with little scope of appreciation. I think in coming years, There is better scope of investing in two tier and three tier cities like Ahmedabad, Indore, Bilaspur, Gandhinagar Gujarat. This cities are also offering 25% more return with quiet cheap property rates compare to metro cities. Please see some of the project coming up in ahmedabad and gandhinagar gujarat. To list some project say www.hruhdyam.in a 70m height project in gandhinagar, landmark project gandhinagar, Z square. Secondly I think two tier cities has better human resource to offer at low cost.
